These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Launch Valley Tutoring website and enrollment in any of our tutoring, test preparation, or college counseling programs (“Services”). By using our website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
1. Enrollment
Services are available subject to tutor availability and fit. Enrollment is confirmed after applicable payment and written confirmation. We may recommend the tutor and service best suited to a student’s goals and needs.
2. Free Introductory Session
We offer one free one-on-one introductory tutoring session for new students, subject to availability. It must be scheduled in advance and is limited to one per student. Continuing services require payment of the applicable fees.
3. Fees & Payments
Program fees are described at the time of enrollment and are due in advance unless otherwise arranged. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or as outlined in our cancellation policy. We may suspend participation if fees are not paid on time.
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Make-ups
Sessions canceled by us may be rescheduled or credited toward a future session. Refunds are not provided for missed sessions. Family cancellation, rescheduling, and withdrawal requests are subject to the policy communicated at enrollment.
5. Student Information
Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to a student’s learning needs. Academic progress depends on many factors, and specific grades, scores, admissions decisions, or other outcomes are not guaranteed.
6. Code of Conduct
We expect students and families to treat tutors, staff, and other students with respect. We reserve the right to dismiss any student from the program for unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior without refund.
7. Photo & Video Release
We may take photos or videos during tutoring sessions and events for promotional, instructional, and social-media use. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please notify us in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Launch Valley Tutoring provides educational support but does not guarantee particular academic, testing, or admissions outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch Valley Tutoring is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services or website.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
